I am Charli Hiatt, the Practice Manager at Fusion Dental and Eye Care. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Business Administration, which laid the foundation for my career in healthcare administration. Since moving to Raleigh to pursue my professional journey, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care at Fusion Dental and Eye Care. I thrive in managing the day-to-day operations of our practice, overseeing staff, and enhancing patient experiences. Outside of work, I cherish time with my husband, Neil Smith, and our beloved golden retriever, Maple. We share a passion for exploring the mountains and enjoy traveling together whenever we can.
